Job Description

Core technical skills: hands‑on coding in Java, Python, and/or .NET; strong experience building and maintaining microservices and REST APIs.
Integration and messaging: practical experience with API integrations, enterprise service bus patterns or middleware, and Kafka or similar streaming platforms for event-driven design
Non‑functional engineering: demonstrable experience with security, scalability, and performance in enterprise systems (they’ll prefer candidates from banking/fintech because those domains emphasize these aspects)
Soft skills and domain fit: maturity, sound communication, and ability to work closely with defence‑industry stakeholders (so disciplined engineering practices, documentation, and stakeholder management are essential).
