Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 11 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Node JS Angular JS Java JavaScript and mySQL. Experience in Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management domains is a plus. This hybrid role involves working on cutting-edge projects that drive our companys success and impact society positively. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS SQL Node JS Angular JS Java JavaScript and mySQL to meet business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize software applications that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues providing timely and effective solutions to ensure system reliability and performance. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of coding standards and best practices within the team. Implement robust testing strategies to ensure software quality and compliance with industry standards. Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable and secure software systems that align with business goals. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions into existing and new projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications and actionable plans. Ensure software development processes adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements maintaining data security and privacy. Optimize application performance and scalability through effective use of cloud services and database management techniques. Document software designs processes and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and support future development efforts. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to enhance technical skills and domain knowledge. Qualifications Possess extensive experience in AWS SQL Node JS Angular JS Java JavaScript and mySQL demonstrating a strong technical foundation. Have a proven track record of developing and deploying software solutions in a hybrid work model environment. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting. Show familiarity with Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management domains adding value to domain-specific projects. Exhibit strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
