Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Software Engineer B2 where you will leverage your expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework to drive innovative solutions. With a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance you will contribute to impactful projects in a hybrid work model. This role offers a collaborative environment with no travel requirements. Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# and .Net Framework to meet business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable applications on the Azure platform. Analyze complex technical requirements and provide efficient solutions to enhance system performance. Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through rigorous testing and code reviews. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using advanced SQL techniques. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster skill development. Engage in troubleshooting and debugging to resolve software issues promptly. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new features and enhancements. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Document software designs technical specifications and user guides for future reference. Support deployment activities and ensure smooth transition of software into production environments. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework with a minimum of 6 years of experience. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Possess a good understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain which is a plus. Show experience in agile development methodologies and practices. Have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
