Sr. Scientific Manager/Principal Scientist

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic scientific professional to lead high-performing teams, drive excellence in research execution, and contribute to impactful project delivery. The ideal candidate will bring strong scientific depth, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills, along with prior exposure to client-facing, multidisciplinary research programs within a CRO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary scientific team of 12-15 FTEs ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Handle client communications and independently manage technical calls with global stakeholders.
• Oversee project planning, execution, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Provide scientific guidance, troubleshooting, and mentoring to team members.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business and operational goals.

Qualification: 

• PhD/M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry/Medicinal Chemistry or related field.
• Strong experience in CRO/CDMO research environment.
• Proven team management experience with exposure to handling multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to drive productivity, scientific excellence, and team development.
