Job Overview: AICRA seeking skilled and innovative Research Engineers to join its team, focusing on product development in robotics, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT). The ideal candidate will also play a key role in providing virtual training to students, sharing knowledge and expertise in these cutting-edge fields. Key Responsibilities Conduct research and development for innovative products in robotics, automation, AI, and IoT. Design, prototype, and test new technologies and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products into existing systems. Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to product development. Create comprehensive documentation, including research reports and product specifications. Develop and deliver virtual training sessions for students, focusing on practical applications and theoretical knowledge in robotics and automation. Mentor students and provide guidance on projects, fostering a collaborative learning environment. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform research and development efforts. Required Skills And Qualifications B.Tech or higher in Electronics & Communication/ MCA/ Mechatronics and specilization in Robotics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3yrs experience in product development/ DIY educational kits related to robotics, automation, AI, and IoT. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
