This is a full-time, on-site role based in Serilingampalli for a Senior Relationship Manager at Mercedes-Benz Mahavir Motors. Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, driving customer engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance loyalty. The Senior Relationship Manager will identify new business opportunities, collaborate with sales teams, and ensure tailored support for customers through personalized solutions and seamless processes. The role will also require overseeing client satisfaction and resolving any issues effectively in alignment with company standards.
- Proficiency in client relationship management, customer service, and building rapport with customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients effectively.
- Proven ability to identify and harness new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Knowledge in financing solutions, insurance processes, and automotive sales strategies.
- Skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Experience in the automotive industry or premium/luxury brand segments is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- High level of self-motivation, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
