Sr React Developer

We are seeking aSenior Frontend Engineerto lead the development of high-quality, user-centric web applications. Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development Leadership

• Lead the design and development of responsive, scalable, and maintainable UI components
• Convert production mockups into polishedHTML5,CSS3, andJavaScriptweb applications, ensuring high performance and cross-browser compatibility
• Implement design systems and UI patterns that are consistent across products and platforms
• Optimizefront-end performance,identifyingbottlenecks, and ensuring smooth and responsive interactions
  
  

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to bring features to life
• Champion front-end standards and mentor junior engineers, ensuring code quality, accessibility, and usability
• Contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and progress reporting in an Agile environment
  
  

Quality Assurance

• Perform end-to-end testing and code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions are delivered consistently
• Advocate for automated testing practices and tools tomaintainthe stability of the front-end stack
  
  

Best Practices & Innovation

• Keepup-to-datewith modern web technologies and front-end trends, bringing innovative ideas to the team
• Follow sustainable development methodologies and encourage best practices across the engineering team
• Contribute to architecture decisions around frontend frameworks and tooling
  
  

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• ProficiencyinReactor similar modern front-end frameworks
• Experience working with modern web development environments (e.g.,NPM,Gulp,Webpack,Docker)
• Strongexpertiseinresponsive designprinciples and mobile-first development (e.g.,Bootstrap,Foundation)
• Experience withSPAandMPAarchitectures and integrating with backend APIs (e.g.,RESTfulorGraphQL)
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines
