- Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure product quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process.
- Utilize Playwright and TypeScript to automate testing processes enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze test results providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing methodologies and tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members fostering a culture of quality and excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables ensuring alignment with quality objectives.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in quality engineering.
- Facilitate effective communication between development and quality assurance teams to streamline processes.
- Drive the adoption of innovative testing solutions to enhance product reliability and user satisfaction.
- Contribute to the development of quality metrics and KPIs to measure and improve performance. -Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Playwright and TypeScript essential for automating testing processes.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Have experience in Program Management which is beneficial for coordinating complex projects.
- Show proficiency in using testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
