• Establish and maintain clear governance and reporting mechanisms.
• Proactively identify risks and implement effective mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience leading large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing programs in complex organizational structures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across time zones.
• Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record of identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• High level of organizational discipline and attention to detail.
