We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:
Meet our team The GPS team at PayPal plays a critical role in launching key PayPal products in our international markets. You’ll drive the international expansion of PayPal’s core payment experiences by employing your strong customer understanding, strategic-, technical- and analytical-thinking. You wilk be working in a global team allowing you to gain global insights quickly which lead to product solutions addressing the local customer, market and business needs. Job Summary Drive the global growth of PayPal’s International Checkout Experiences transforming data into actionable insights that align with a bold product vision and real customer needs. Lead agile practices—including sprint planning and retrospectives—to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, researchers, and data scientists to identify opportunities, improve experiences, and deliver meaningful, customer-focused innovation.

Job Description:
Essential Responsibilities:

• Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
• Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
• Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
• Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
• Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.
  
  
  

Expected Qualifications:

• 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  
  

Additional Responsibilities And Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking
• Experience working with Partnerships like schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Banks, PSPs)
• Experience with Consumer as well as Merchant/Business Facing Products
