Senior Product Manager – Cloud DLP Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of Cloud DLP as part of Forcepoint’s cybersecurity solutions. This role requires a strong product mindset, experience with cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity risks and policy driven data loss prevention solutions.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the Cloud DLP product strategy, prioritizing features and creating roadmaps for future development, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will guide the entire product lifecycle, from ideation/creation to launch, and maintenance, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities 

• Define the vision, strategy, and execution for Cloud DLP, understanding current and emerging data threats in order to protect data everywhere and prevent data loss  
• Collaborate across product teams to gather, synthesize, and prioritize requirements 
• Build and maintain a capability roadmap that aligns customer needs, competitive threats, and business requirements
• Translate customer needs, market trends, and emerging threats into clear product requirements and features. 
• Lead cross-functional planning, development, and launch of product features. 
• Help define KPIs and success metrics to assess the adoption and impact of horizontal risk capabilities. 
• Stay current with data and cybersecurity threats and AI/ML trends & usage
  
  

 

 

Requirements 

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in cybersecurity, data loss prevention solutions, or SaaS. 
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct ownership—comfortable driving consensus across multiple stakeholders and product lines. 
• Exposure to or working knowledge of AI/ML-driven product capabilities. 
• Strong technical fluency—comfortable collaborating with engineering and data science teams. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. 
• Experience in Agile product development environments. 
  
  

 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience with modern data protection, DLP, CASB, or identity and access management products. 
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2). 
• Previous experience working in a high-growth or early-stage company environment. 
• Background in cybersecurity architecture or security operations is a plus.
