We?re Hiring | Sr. Oracle Cloud HCM Developer Location: Gurugram (Hybrid) Experience: 5?7 Years Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent Shift: Day Shift About the Role We are looking for a Senior Developer with 5?7 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OTBI/OBIEE, Oracle XML Publisher, SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, and PL/SQL . Experience in the Cards & Payments domain will be an added advantage. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM solutions using OTBI/OBIEE to meet business requirements. Design and implement complex reports using Oracle XML Publisher and BI Publisher . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and implement system enhancements. Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL scripts for improved system performance and data accuracy. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Oracle applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM. Provide technical support, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and stakeholders. Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Stay updated with emerging Oracle technologies and best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation, design specs, and user guides . Conduct testing, validation, and deployment of new features to ensure high-quality deliverables. Work closely with business analysts to understand and address user requirements effectively. Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in: Oracle Cloud HCM OTBI / OBIEE Oracle XML Publisher Oracle BI Publisher SQL and PL/SQL Proven ability to develop and maintain complex Oracle applications. Expertise in Oracle reporting tools and data visualization. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Proactive learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. Experience in the Cards & Payments domain preferred. Certifications Oracle Certified Professional or equivalent certification in Oracle Cloud technologies is required.
