Job Description — Senior Odoo Developer Location: Ahmedabad / Jaipur Experience: 4+ Years Vacancies: 5 About the Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Odoo (v12–v17+), strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead technical implementations, customizations, and integrations for global clients. You will play a key role in designing effective business solutions, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-quality project delivery aligned with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (both core and custom). Analyse client requirements and translate them into technical architecture and solutions. Lead end-to-end development lifecycle including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. Integrate Odoo with third-party applications using APIs and web services. Optimize existing modules and troubleshoot functional/technical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, QA, and project managers. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Participate in technical discussions, solution designing, and client meetings. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience. Strong proficiency in Python, XML, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and Odoo ORM. Experience with Odoo module development, customizations, reports, workflows, and security rules. Solid understanding of business processes such as CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and Manufacturing. Experience working with Odoo.sh and Odoo Enterprise editions. Expertise in REST APIs, third-party integrations, and UI customization. Knowledge of Git, Linux, and deployment methodologies. Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or DevOps workflows. Exposure to front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular). Contributions to Odoo community projects. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.
