Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Odoo Developer based in Ahmedabad. The role involves designing, developing, and customizing Odoo modules, as well as integrating Odoo with other systems to meet client requirements. The Senior Odoo Developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize solutions for performance and scalability. Additional responsibilities include creating technical documentation, providing support, and conducting Odoo training sessions for clients and team members. Responsibility Develop and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, MRP, Projects, etc.) Odoo Web Framework, JavaScript ES6+, OWL Framework (Odoo Web Library), XML Views Customization, QWeb Templates Python (OOP, decorators, MRO, data structures), Odoo ORM (models, fields, methods, API decorators), Odoo Framework (v12?v18), Business Logic Customization Module Development (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, MRP, Projects, CRM) Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations Create APIs & integrate third-party systems Optimize performance, troubleshoot, debug Work with functional teams to gather requirements Manage junior developers & perform code reviews Handle deployment on Odoo.sh / cloud / on-premise Experience 5?10+ years of Odoo development Strong Python, Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript Experience with Postgres, server management Knowledge of Odoo v12?v18 Strong problem-solving & communication skills ??
