Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Merchandiser for a full-time hybrid position based in Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sr. Merchandiser will oversee product sourcing, inventory management, and supplier coordination to ensure timely delivery and exceptional quality. They will also analyze sales data, collaborate on marketing strategies, and strengthen customer and client relationships to meet business goals. Additionally, the role involves identifying trends, understanding customer preferences, and aligning products with current market demands.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively liaise with stakeholders and clients.
• Experience in Sales and Retail, including a proven ability to meet targets and optimize product performance in the market.
• Knowledge of Marketing strategies to drive brand growth and align product lines with consumer demand.
• Proficiency in trend analysis, inventory management, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to adapt and work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the fashion industry, particularly in lingerie or loungewear, will be an advantage.
