Sr. Manager — Purpose Talent (Purpos Openings)

About The Position

The Sr. Manager — Purpose Talent will lead sector-facing talent engagement and employer partnerships under the Purpose Openings vertical.

The role involves working closely with HR teams of NGOs, CSR foundations, social organizations, and philanthropic institutions to strengthen hiring pipelines and improve recruitment practices across the sector.

The incumbent will operate as the face of the One Purpos Openings vertical, defining outreach, activation, and engagement pathways, while working with B-schools and academic institutions to build structured campus engagement and sector orientation.

Responsibilities

Sector Talent Partnerships

• Work with HR teams of NGOs, CSR foundations, social organizations, and philanthropic institutions to strengthen hiring pipelines.
• Support organizations in developing better hiring practices and talent engagement approaches.
• Build and manage employer partnerships within the One Purpos Openings ecosystem.
  
  

Platform Outreach & Activation

• Define and execute outreach and engagement strategies for Purpose Openings.
• Lead activation campaigns, employer onboarding, and talent engagement initiatives.
• Help position Purpose Openings as a trusted talent platform for the impact sector
  
  

Campus Engagement & Talent Pipelines

• Work with B-schools and academic institutions to design campus placement strategies for the social impact sector.
• Support sector orientation sessions, internships, and fellowship pathways.
• Build early-career talent pipelines for NGOs, CSR teams, and foundations.
  
  

Cross-Platform Collaboration

• Work closely with One Purpos platform teams across Openings, Voices, Hub, and Community.
• Ensure coordinated engagement across platform functions.
• Support events, campaigns, and talent ecosystem initiatives.
  
  

Mandatory Qualification And Experience

Master’s degree in:

• Human Resources
• Development Studies
• Public Policy
• Management
• Social Work
• Or related fields
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in:
• Talent management or recruitment
• HR partnerships
• Campus engagement
• Social sector hiring ecosystem
• Experience working with NGOs, CSR foundations, or social enterprises is strongly preferred.
