Job Summary

The Sr Manager-IPA Delivery Mgmt will oversee the delivery of innovative AI and ML solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing operational efficiency. With a focus on program planning and dispute management the role requires expertise in data models and generative AI. The candidate will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead end to end delivery of AI transformation programs across multiple domains.

Drive solution design and implementation leveraging Generative AI Machine Learning and Agentic AI.

Partner with clients stakeholders and internal teams to define transformation roadmaps.

Ensure on-time high-quality delivery with a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to foster innovation and adoption of new technologies.

Collaborate with product engineering and business teams to scale AI solutions.

Lead the delivery of AI and ML projects ensuring they meet business goals and timelines.

• Oversee program planning activities coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Manage dispute resolution processes ensuring effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Drive the implementation of agentic AI solutions enhancing decision-making capabilities within the organization.
• Collaborate with data scientists to develop and refine data models ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Ensure delivery management processes are efficient optimizing resource allocation and project execution.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration promoting knowledge sharing and innovation across teams.
• Monitor project progress providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in AI and ML staying updated with industry trends and advancements.
• Evaluate project outcomes identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Support the development of generative AI solutions enhancing creativity and problem-solving capabilities.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure technical infrastructure supports AI and ML initiatives.
