Sr Manager Engineering & Design-Heat ventilation AC

CLIENT: Market leader in energy efficient air technology and HVAC solutions looking for a DESIGN LEAD for it's RETROFIT/MODERNIZATION projects targeted towards Pharma/ Food/Clean Room/ R&D centres for their climate control and upgradation providing customers with the highest quality standards of improved air comfort.

ROLE PURPOSE : Design Lead for latest HVAC technology/Clean Air System Solutions majorly in Pharma, Food & Industrial Applications with emphasis on efficient cooling and humidity control ensuring high degree of energy savings.

KEY DRIVERS :

• Lead the design of Retrofit/Refurbished HVAC systems for clean room environments, ensuring adherence to industry standards, codes, and client specifications.
• Perform heat load calculations, ventilation design, and air distribution system design to achieve optimal performance in clean room settings.
• Prepare detailed BOQ, engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation related to HVAC designs for clean room projects.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts by working with architects, structural, electrical, and public health/plumbing consultants to ensure cohesive and conflict-free MEP designs
• Manage and coordinate HVAC design projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure HVAC designs and installations comply with relevant regulatory requirements.

DESIRED INCUMBENT

• HVAC Design specialist with expertise in refurbishment/modernization projects in clean room/AHU technology having worked for Pharma/Food projects for climate control.
• Good knowledge of Indian/Intl. codes/standards – NBC, ECBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, CIBSE.
• Worked on HVAC/Climate control for pharmaceutical, Hospitals & bio-technology industries & Research Labs.
