🚀 Hiring: Sr. Manager – BMS Sales

📍 Location: Delhi NCR / Bangalore

💼 Experience: 5–6 Years

🏢 Department: Building Management Systems (BMS)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to lead and drive BMS / Building Automation sales across the assigned region. The role involves business development, key account management, and revenue generation within commercial and industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Drive BMS sales growth in the assigned region

✔ Identify and develop new business opportunities

✔ Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure

✔ Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users

✔ Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions

✔ Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion

✔ Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth project execution

Ideal Candidate

🔹 5–6 years of experience in BMS / Building Automation Sales

🔹 Proven track record in sales and business development

🔹 Strong industry network with consultants and contractors
