Role Overview We are seeking a Python Backend Developer with 8 years of experience for a full-time role. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing scalable backend APIs and services. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a meaningful, time-sensitive project with a passionate and tech-driven team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python. Ensure robustness, scalability, and security of the backend platform. Collaborate closely with front-end developers and other stakeholders. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems as required. Deliver high-quality output within a tight deadline. Required Skills & Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development. Strong command over frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django. Proven experience building RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL. Familiar with version control systems (Git), Docker, and basic DevOps practices. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Exposure to cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience in data-centric or sustainability-related projects. Familiarity with asynchronous tasks and message queues (Celery, RabbitMQ, etc.).
