Cleangrid Energy is seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional for land acquisition and liaison activities for renewable energy projects in Andhra Pradesh. The role involves identifying suitable land parcels, coordinating with landowners and vendors, managing land documentation and approvals, and providing regular reports and updates to management to support project execution.

• Identify and evaluate land parcels suitable for Solar and Wind Energy projects.
• Conduct land due diligence, including verification of land titles, ownership records, and revenue documents.
• Negotiate land purchase and lease agreements with landowners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage vendors and local representatives for land acquisition activities and project requirements.
• Draft, review, and execute lease deeds, sale deeds, agreements, and other land-related documents.
• Liaise with government departments and local authorities for approvals, permissions, NOCs, and clearances.
• Maintain and monitor land documentation, registrations, and records in compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports, progress updates, and MIS reports for management review.
• Provide regular project and land acquisition updates to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local communities, vendors, and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Andhra Pradesh land laws, regulations, and company procedures.
• Support project teams during land acquisition, project development, and execution phases.

• Graduate in Law, Rural Management, Real Estate, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Mandatory 4–8 years of experience in Land Acquisition within the Renewable Energy sector (Solar and/or Wind projects).
• Strong knowledge of Andhra Pradesh land revenue systems, land records, registration processes, and statutory compliances.
• Must have hands-on experience and knowledge of TSR preparation and related land acquisition reporting requirements.
• Experience in coordinating and managing vendors, survey agencies, and local stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare detailed reports, presentations, and status updates for management and leadership teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Andhra Pradesh as per project requirements.
