Sr JAVA Developer / Architect Role

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Product Manager to define and refine requirements Design and develop a framework for a highly configurable application spanning UI, middle-tier, and data persistence layers Implement security models, including data encryption Build abstraction layers to streamline development and improve code maintainability Develop RESTful APIs and perform CRUD operations using Java and Spring Perform application performance tuning and optimization Deploy and host applications in cloud environments supporting multi-tenant architectures Provide on-demand 24/7 production support as needed Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely fixes Mentor team members and conduct code reviews Basic Qualifications 6+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java 4+ years of hands-on web application development experience using Spring Framework, JSON/XML parsers, and related technologies 2+ years of experience working with Elasticsearch Proven experience in architecture and design Strong proficiency with Git version control Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Skills Experience with AngularJS 2.x Familiarity with Single Page Application (SPA) development Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications Understanding of cloud-based development and deployment environments
