Position: Sr. Full Stack Engineer - Data & ML Applications Location : Hyderabad / Hybrid Experience : 6+ years Employment Type : Full-time About The Role We're seeking experienced Full-Stack Engineers to build sophisticated, data-driven interactive applications that bring our proprietary solutions to life. Working closely with our Strategic Solutions Consultant and Principal Data Scientist, you'll primarily (70%) focus on developing and maintaining our core platform while dedicating a portion of your time (30%) to creating compelling proofs-of-concept and demos for client engagements. This role combines strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of data visualization and machine learning implementation. Key Responsibilities Dedicate 70% of your time to platform development including: Designing and implementing new features for our proprietary platform Fixing bugs and conducting regular maintenance to ensure platform stability Optimizing performance and scalability of existing components Creating reusable frameworks and components to accelerate development Implementing proper testing, monitoring, and logging systems Allocate 30% of your time to client-facing work including: Building custom proofs-of-concept and demos for sales opportunities Rapidly prototyping solutions to demonstrate capabilities to prospects Collaborating directly with the sales team on technical demonstrations Adapting platform capabilities to address specific client requirements Implement responsive front-end interfaces that effectively visualize complex data and ML insights Build robust back-end systems that handle data processing, model serving, and API integrations Collaborate with the Principal Data Scientist to integrate mathematical models and ML algorithms Create intuitive user experiences that make complex data and ML insights accessible to business users Qualifications 6+ years of professional full-stack development experience Strong proficiency in modern TypeScript and React Extensive experience with back-end development in Go/Rust/Python Proven experience building and deploying applications that integrate ML models Experience with data visualization libraries and frameworks (D3.js, Plotly, Tableau, etc.) Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with real-time data processing and analytics Understanding of ML deployment patterns and best practices Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a versatile developer who excels across the full application stack and has specific expertise in data-intensive and ML-powered applications. You're passionate about building robust platform features while also enjoying the creative challenge of quickly prototyping demos and PoCs. You understand how to balance long-term platform stability with the need for rapid demonstration capabilities. You're equally comfortable writing front-end code, designing APIs, optimizing database queries, and deploying ML models. Most importantly, you're excited about both building the core platform and showcasing its capabilities through compelling demonstrations.
