Sr Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can architect, code, deploy, and lead — someone equally comfortable writing clean, scalable code and guiding a team through real-world production challenges.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of strong experience in full stack development.
• Exceptional candidates possessing 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in the relevant domain will also be taken into consideration.
• Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React JS, NodeJS).
• Proficiency in React JS & NextJS, including SSR and performance optimization.
• AWS knowledge / certification with real-world production exposure.
• Experience with MongoDB & PostgreSQL (Relational & Non-Relational databases).
• Hands-on experience with Strapi CMS, RESTful APIs, and third-party API integrations.
• Strong command of Git (version control, branching strategies).
• Proven experience leading technical teams and owning delivery timelines.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management, delivery ownership, communication, and presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement scalable, high-performance systems in production environments.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers while remaining hands-on across the full stack.
• Own end-to-end backend and frontend architecture using the MERN stack, ensuring clean integrations and optimized workflows.
• Manage API integrations, CMS implementations (Strapi), and cloud deployments on AWS.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to translate ideas into robust technical solutions.
• Drive best practices in code quality, version control, security, documentation, and delivery standards.
