Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the financial services function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline financial processes and systems
- Provide guidance and support to the financial services team, including training and development opportunities
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for senior management
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or related roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
- Experience with financial reporting and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in managing and developing a team
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Ability to drive process improvements and implement best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
