Job Location: Nagpur
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM EST (Eastern Standard Time) – Fixed Shift

Role Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous, data-driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing global finance team. This isn't just a reporting role; you will be the backbone of our IT Vendor Management financial operations. Your primary mission will be to ensure 100% data integrity across budgets, contracts, and invoicing, eliminating rework and ensuring our stakeholders receive flawless insights on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Integrity & Quality Control: Take full ownership of data accuracy for monthly reporting. Implement "check-total" workflows to ensure reports are audit-ready before they reach stakeholders.
- Budget vs. Actuals (BVA): Track IT, vendor spend against forecasts with high precision. Manage the monthly cadence of reporting from budget allocation to contract execution and final invoicing.
- Vendor Financial Analysis: Support the lifecycle of vendor contracts and renewals through cost modeling and savings analysis.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare clear, concise financial decks for IT and Finance leadership that highlight variances and operational trends.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team to identify root causes of data discrepancies and help design more robust, automated workflows.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- MS Excel: You should be highly proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query, pivot tables, and data visualization).
- FinOps: 4–8 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, or IT Vendor Management. You understand how a contract translates into a monthly accrual and an eventual actual.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Precision-Oriented: A "zero-error" mentality. You are someone who naturally double-checks data and seeks the "why" behind the numbers.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial variances to US-based stakeholders.
Tools:
Advanced Excel (must required skills )
ERP Systems: Experience with SAP Concur is highly preferred.
FinOps Tools: Familiarity with cloud/IT spend tracking tools is a plus.
