• Skills- Proficiency in Excel and ERP software. also Good understanding of inventory management and logistics.

Key ResponsibiliƟes:

 Handle inward and outward material movement, ensuring accurate entries in

registers and ERP systems.

 Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) and place materials in designated areas for

easy tracking and inventory control.

 Coordinate with the shop floor team for daily store and dispatch activities.

 Ensure proper packing, loading, and unloading of materials.

 Maintain inward and outward material records in Excel and ERP systems.

 Generate E-way bills and coordinate with the accounts team for dispatch-related

documentation such as invoices, challans, and purchase orders.

 Issue materials to the production team and maintain accurate records of

transactions.

 Perform daily stock updates in Excel and reconcile with physical inventory.

 Be available for late-night dispatches when required.

 Arrange transport\tion and vehicles for Timely dispatch of materials.

 Possess strong knowledge of manufacturing industry processes and store

operations.

Required Skills:

 Proficiency in Excel and ERP software.

 Good understanding of inventory management and logistics.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

 Strong organizational and communicant skills.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience in precision machining / heavy fabrication industry.

 Exposure to lean manufacturing practices.
