Senior Executive – Operations Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations Analyst to support operational and commercial decision-making through data analysis and business intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, efficiency, and productivity metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs, factory performance, and order execution to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.
• Conduct cost, profitability, and variance analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial performance.
• Manage and analyze inventory levels, stock movement, and aging reports to support effective inventory control.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
• Analyze sales performance, margins, customer profitability, and pricing trends to support commercial objectives.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, process improvement, and data automation initiatives across functions.
• Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive business performance.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of apparel manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and inventory management.
• Understanding of costing, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of experience in Operations Analysis, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a similar role.
• Prior experience within the Apparel, Textile, Manufacturing, or Export industry is preferred.
• Experience in ERP systems and data-driven reporting environments will be an added advantage.
