Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Senior Executive to support our growth in ESG, EPR, and Sustainability domains. The role involves driving new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, exploring global associations, and ensuring proactive engagement before and after industry events. The candidate will also support tender management and market intelligence activities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Exhibitions & Summits (Pre & Post Participation) Plan, coordinate, and manage pre-event preparations for exhibitions, conferences, and summits. Represent the organization during events, ensuring brand visibility and professional networking. Follow up with contacts/leads post-event to nurture relationships and convert into opportunities. 2. Market & Account Development Identify and explore new markets/accounts aligned with ESG & EPR product offerings. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prepare intelligence reports to support outreach. Initiate first-level discussions and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. 3. Global ESG & Sustainability Engagements Research and map relevant global associations, forums, and institutions in ESG and sustainability. Establish initial contact and develop relationships with international stakeholders. Track global ESG trends, policies, and initiatives to support business positioning. 4. Tender Management Study tenders relevant to ESG & EPR domains and analyze requirements. Prepare technical/commercial submissions in collaboration with internal teams. Ensure timely and compliant tender submissions. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor?s/Master?s degree in Business, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field. 1?3 years of experience in Business Development Strong research, market intelligence, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities (national & international). Hands-on experience in event participation/management and tender documentation. Ability to work independently with proactive problem-solving. Key Attributes: Strong networking and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a growth-oriented mindset. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
