Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Sr. Research Analyst (VP/AVP) to join our Research & Investments team. Reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer, this senior role is pivotal in driving our investment strategy through deep, fundamental research. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in analyzing listed Indian companies, strong financial modeling skills, and a strategic mindset. This position requires leadership capabilities, a proactive approach to identifying investment opportunities, and the ability to ensure robust governance within the research process. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth, sector-agnostic fundamental research across listed Indian companies. Closely monitor macroeconomic factors, geopolitical developments, emerging technologies, and other relevant factors, analyzing their impact on businesses and investments. Build, update, and maintain detailed financial models , utilizing astute observations to identify compelling investment opportunities. Assist senior management in the structured implementation and execution of investment decisions. Devise and maintain internal control mechanisms to ensure strong alignment between research insights and actual portfolio positioning. Ensure robust documentation, governance, and compliance for all research and investment activities. Essential Requirements Experience: 8-14 years of relevant experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related field. Qualification: Must possess at least one of the following from a reputed institute: Masters in Economics Ph.D. in Economics Chartered Accountant (CA) CFA Charterholder MBA (Finance) Expertise: Proven expertise in analyzing Indian listed companies across multiple sectors. Leadership: Demonstrable prior experience in managing and mentoring teams. Preferred: Exposure to portfolio management and strategic investment oversight is strongly preferred. Key Skills Deep expertise in financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and investment modeling . High integrity, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills. Proficiency in financial tools and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Capitaline, Prowess) and advanced MS Office skills.
