Job description: Job Description Role Purpose We are looking for a Python Backend Developer who can build reliable, scalable and high-performance backend services. The role involves working with APIs, databases and cloud environments while collaborating with frontend, QA and product teams. Key Responsibilities ? Design, develop and maintain backend services using Python ? Build RESTful or GraphQL APIs and integrate with internal and external systems ? Work with relational and NoSQL databases ? Write clean, testable and efficient code ? Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues ? Implement security practices, authentication and authorization ? Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD, containerization and deployments ? Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions and sprint planning ? Required Skills ? Strong experience with Python and frameworks such as Django or Flask ? Hands-on experience with API development and microservices ? Good understanding of SQL and experience with databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL ? Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB or other NoSQL databases ? Experience with Docker, Kubernetes or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure) ? Knowledge of message queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka ? Good understanding of version control systems such as Git ? Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of backend design patterns? ? Good to Have ? Experience with async frameworks such as FastAPI ? Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI ? Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana or ELK stack ? Understanding of caching strategies and distributed systems ? Education Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience. ?
