Job Description

Project Management

Define the scope of the project execution in collaboration with cross functional team & management.
Plan & categorise the Capex Projects as per the site requirements and budget allocation, and timely updating in Pro-vest.( Project mgmt Software).
Preparation of equipment’s technical data sheet, BOQ Calculation, etc
Create a detailed work plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the project successfully.
Determine the resource management required for the project.
Coordination with the external supplier.
Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff related to Project activities.
Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
Ensure all Planned Projects will be completed within the timeline & budget.
Having a close tab on material availability in time, based on different stages of the project by having close coordination with the Procurement team.
Work with full safety by ensuring complete usage of PPEs / following the permit system by everyone at the execution site.
Ensure that the project deliverables with respect to Safety are given top priority.
Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase
Prepare and submit the Project execution closure report to the senior management.

Education, Certification And/or Relevant Experience Required

BE in Mechanical with overall core experience of minimum 8-10 years in Chemical Plant project execution.

Soft Skills

Uses clear and effective verbal communication skills to express ideas, request actions and formulate plans or policies.
Good Leadership skill to demonstrate leadership qualities.
