Sr. Ecommerce Marketplace Executive

Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is a fast-growing technology company specializing in ERP, eCommerce, and digital business solutions. We help brands scale their online business by managing marketplace operations, optimizing product performance, and implementing technology-driven solutions across multiple eCommerce platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Senior E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to lead and manage marketplace operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Shopify, and other online channels. The ideal candidate should have strong marketplace expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple client accounts while driving sales growth and operational excellence.

• Manage end-to-end operations of multiple marketplace seller accounts.
• Handle product listing creation, catalog management, and content optimization.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and Buy Box performance.
• Coordinate order processing, returns, replacements, and customer issue resolution.
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals, and promotional activities.
• Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Track sales performance, profitability, and marketplace KPIs.
• Analyze reports and recommend strategies to improve sales and conversions.
• Resolve listing suppressions, account health issues, and policy violations.
• Coordinate with internal teams including design, content, warehouse, and client servicing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated with marketplace policy changes and industry trends.
• Mentor junior marketplace executives and ensure operational accuracy.

• Strong experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Experience with Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Meesho, Shopify, and other marketplaces is preferred.
• Good understanding of catalog management, listing optimization, inventory management, and order processing.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and client accounts simultaneously.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in eCommerce marketplace operations.
• Proven experience handling multiple online marketplaces independently.

• Experience managing high-volume seller accounts.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of marketplace analytics and reporting tools.
• Experience in team handling or mentoring junior executives is an added advantage.
