Must have skills required: Google Ads, Facebook Marketing, DV360, CM360, Display Advertising Uplers is Looking for: We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive strategic digital media initiatives for our global client portfolio. This role requires a seasoned professional who can seamlessly blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple digital advertising platforms and programmatic ecosystems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, global environment while managing complex client relationships and leading cross-functional teams. Channels : Search, Social & Programmatic Platforms : Google, Meta, TikTok (mainly these with potential to test new platforms) and understanding of programmatic advertising The team understands that all candidates may not have expertise in all 3 and are open to interview candidates not having expertise of all three but the readiness to learn and having their basics clear. Key R&R : End to end campaign management including campaign activation, budget management, optimisations, copy writing support, test and learn, reporting and analysis. Client Facing : Yes Skills: Media Strategy & Planning Develop comprehensive digital media strategies aligned with client business objectives and KPIs Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform media planning decisions Create detailed media plans with optimal channel mix, budget allocation, and reach forecasting Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure integrated campaign approaches Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies Campaign Management & Execution Lead hands-on management of campaigns across major biddable platforms including DV360, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels Execute programmatic media buying strategies across DSP platforms and work in close contact with our media partnerships team in order to identify the right media partners to work with for each plan Optimize campaigns in real-time based on performance data and client objectives Implement advanced targeting strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing frameworks Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations Client Relationship Management Present strategic recommendations, campaign performance, and optimization insights to C-level executives Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery Lead client weekly reporting sessions, PCA presentations, and support on quarterly business reviews Handle campaign escalations and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency Team Leadership & Project Management Provide strategic direction and mentorship to junior team members Lead cross-functional project teams in a global, matrixed organization structure Develop project timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure on-time, on-budget campaign delivery Coordinate with international teams across different time zones and cultural contexts Foster collaboration between internal departments and external vendor partners Business Development & Innovation Identify opportunities for account growth and service expansion Drive innovation in media approaches and technology adoption Establish and maintain relationships with platform representatives and industry vendors Required Skills & Experience Technical Expertise Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with major biddable platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.) Programmatic advertising experience including DSP management (DV360, CM 360, Amazon DSP, etc.), SSP relationships, and direct publisher negotiations Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting Strategic & Analytical Skills Proven track record in developing and executing integrated digital media strategies Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable business insights Experience with advanced audience targeting, lookalike modeling, and customer journey mapping Knowledge of brand safety, viewability standards, and industry best practices. Requirements Be the day to day cover of everything Air nz ? working with fellow on-shore team members. Important to be accountable and adaptable. To manage the account deliverables and check all the setups required per campaigns. Be accountable across all digital setups and be the liaison with clients and key partner management Be knowledgeable on media in these markets ? SG, IN, TH, VN. ID, MY, Or at least know how to find solutions and work with the different teams Tech knowledge ? Meta, Tiktok, Google DV360, CM360, google datastudio.
