The Cloud Software Group team builds InfoScale (previously VERITAS/Arctera Infoscale), a market-leading enterprise platform for storage management, clustering, and disaster recovery. InfoScale powers mission-critical workloads for global enterprises across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

We are evolving InfoScale for cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift) and next-gen data resilience, making this an exciting opportunity to work on deep systems problems at scale.

We are hiring across multiple experience levels for engineers passionate about systems programming, storage, and distributed systems.

Depending on your experience, you will own features, lead subsystems, or drive architecture, contributing to a highly scalable and resilient platform.

• Design and develop features across file system, volume manager, and clustering components
• Own end-to-end delivery from design to production
• Debug and resolve complex customer and production issues
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the platform
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, PM, and support teams
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions (for senior roles)
• Mentor engineers and drive technical initiatives (for principal roles)
  

• Strong C/C++ systems programming skills
• Good understanding of Linux internals (kernel, IO stack, file systems)
• Experience with multithreading and concurrency
• Strong debugging skills
• Experience with enterprise storage products

• Deep expertise in C/C++ and Linux systems
• Strong understanding of storage systems and IO path
• Experience designing and delivering scalable systems
• Ability to drive features across components
• Experience with enterprise storage products

• Expert-level systems and architecture experience
• Strong background in distributed systems, storage, and clustering
• Proven track record of driving large-scale technical initiatives
• Ability to influence across teams and define technical direction
• Experience with enterprise storage products

• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures
