Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Developer to play a key role in building, enhancing, and supporting DATAstream analytics and reporting solutions. This role requires strong hands-on development skills along with the ability to mentor junior team members and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Tableau and Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Contribute to the implementation of complex BI and data warehouse solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead development tasks within sprints and support release planning.
• Troubleshoot performance, data quality, and reporting issues.
• Mentor junior developers and review their work for quality and consistency.
• Participate in design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau and Power BI.
• Advanced SQL development and performance tuning.
• Experience with Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, SSAS, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure preferred).
• Python or R exposure is a plus.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in DB/BI or data development roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
