Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM InfoSphere Data Architect ERWin and data modeling techniques. This hybrid role requires strong conceptual physical and logical data modeling skills to drive impactful projects. The position operates during the day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data models using IBM InfoSphere Data Architect and ERWin to support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for data modeling projects.
Design conceptual logical and physical data models to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Implement data modeling best practices to optimize database performance and scalability.
Provide technical expertise in data modeling to support the development of data-driven solutions.
Ensure data models align with organizational standards and industry best practices.
Oversee the integration of data models into existing systems and workflows.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of data models to accommodate changing business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data models meet business requirements and objectives.
Document data modeling processes and methodologies for future reference and training.
Troubleshoot and resolve data modeling issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures.
Support the implementation of data modeling tools and technologies to enhance data management capabilities.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of IBM InfoSphere Data Architect and ERWin.
Demonstrate expertise in conceptual logical and physical data modeling techniques.
Have a proven track record of successful data modeling projects in a hybrid work environment.
