You?ll lead the development of high-performance data pipelines, ensure data integrity, and guide the engineering team with best practices and cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable data pipelines and platforms. Design and implement data lake / warehouse solutions (Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, Delta Lake). Build real-time and batch data pipelines using Airflow, Kafka, Spark, and DBT. Ensure data governance, lineage, and quality across all systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data architecture, KPIs, and strategy . Optimize query performance , data storage, and infrastructure costs. Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers. Integrate CI/CD workflows for data deployment and automated testing. Evaluate emerging technologies and drive innovation in data engineering . ?? Required Skills & Experience 5?7 years of hands-on experience in data engineering . Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL . Strong knowledge of distributed systems and data processing frameworks . Expertise in Airflow , DBT , and data warehouse optimization . Experience with streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure). Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerization , and orchestration tools.
