Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and database management, with expertise in tools such as Power BI/Tableau and database. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role , with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau to visualize key metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. Import data from various resources like different on premise data, Relational databased or data warehouse. Partitioning and Denormalization Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data-related issues as needed. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into a centralized database for analysis. Create basic schema model to built relationship between different entities of a database in Power BI/Tableau. Perform ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategy. Provide support to end-users on BI tools and best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics frameworks to track business performance. Design and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of the data. Conduct regular data quality assessments and audits to identify and address data anomalies and inconsistencies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics techniques. Engage with external partners and vendors to evaluate and implement new BI tools and technologies. Should attend client calls independently Required Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Should have clear understanding Data warehouse and its concepts.
