Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Data Analyst. In this role, the Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, developing data models, and creating actionable insights. Additionally, the role requires strong collaboration with internal teams to communicate data findings, shape strategic decisions, and enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 Plus years of strong analytical skills and proficiency in Analytics
• Solid knowledge of Statistics and experience with statistical analysis
• Expertise in Data Modeling and data visualisation tools
• Excellent Communication skills to share findings and collaborate with stakeholders
• Expertise with data tools, such as SQL, Python, AWS Bedrock, AWS Quicksight/Power BI
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in AI-powered tools or talent management systems is a plus
