Job Description:

The Creative Producer + Photographer will be responsible for managing the full production process for luxury hotel shoots, from concept development to final delivery. This role involves planning, scheduling, talent selection, and ensuring seamless execution of photography and video production. The ideal candidate should have expertise in architectural, lifestyle, and food & beverage photography while overseeing the entire production cycle to maintain creative and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibility Areas:



• Production Planning & Coordination:

• Work with the accounts team to schedule shoots and ensure timely execution.

• Lock the right talent, including models and stylists, based on project requirements.

• Plan shoot logistics, including location scouting, permits, and equipment coordination.

• Develop creative concepts aligned with client brand guidelines.

• Photography & Production Execution:

• Capture high-quality images of architecture, lifestyle, and food & beverage setups.

• Ensure optimal lighting, composition, and color accuracy.

• Direct models, stylists, and on-set teams to achieve natural and engaging visuals.

• Post-production & Delivery:

• Oversee image selection, editing, and retouching.

• Collaborate with editors to ensure final visuals meet brand standards.

• Deliver polished assets within project timelines.

• Production Management:

• Manage communication between clients, internal teams, and production crews.

• Handle budgeting and resource allocation for shoots.

• Ensure all operational aspects, including logistics and talent management, run smoothly.

• Collaboration & Project Oversight:

• Work closely with cinematographers and editors to align visual storytelling.

• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Supervise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and creative standards are met.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in photography and production management.

• Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and post-production workflows.

• Experience in talent coordination and managing full-scale productions.

• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One.

• Ability to manage a production team and coordinate large-scale shoots.
