AA - Automation Developer Have in-depth development experience on "AA v11" and ?A360? and have broad knowledge of all RPA tool capabilities Exposure to NLP/OCR/AI integration into RPA platform is desired Should have hands on development experience in AA ? Control Room Operations, Commands & Actions, Exception Handling, Excel, Mainframe, Web, PDF, Email etc., Proven technical experience in AA (and/or one of following technologies Power Platform / UiPath / Win Automation / ProcessBot / Work Fusion / Blue Prism etc.,) Hands on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms .NET / VB / VC++ / C++/J2EE. Experience in Microsoft stack is highly preferred. Experience in Automation implementation (SDLC) is highly preferred. Work with internal/external process owners/SMEs to perform RPA Opportunity analysis and recommend Automation solutions Provide business case justification for RPA and establish proof of value to the client Develop Proof of Concept (PoCs) using leading RPA tools and establish proof of technology Creates Unit and integration test cases and executes the testing Supports business users in executing UAT (i.e., running BOTs, sharing results and defect fixes) Experience in writing SQL statements, DML statements (Insert / Delete / Update) AA - Technical Lead / Sr. Developer Have in-depth development experience on "AA v11" and ?A360? and have broad knowledge of all RPA tool capabilities Exposure to NLP/OCR/AI integration into RPA platform is desired Should have hands on development experience in AA ? Possess complete skillset and development capabilities of Automation developers ? in AA RPA platform Perform solution design review, implementing coding standard and ensuring it?s implemented in SDLC phase (Iteration or Agile) Prepare design document and works closely with Architect and SMEs Assists development in providing requirements assessment and providing effort estimation Perform capacity management for BOT requirements ? managing the volumes and BOT scaling Assist team in test case preparation and performs SIT, and coordinate for UAT execution and supports business users Development Skills Work with internal/external process owners/SMEs to perform RPA Opportunity analysis and recommend Automation solutions Provide business case justification for RPA and establish proof of value to the client Develop Proof of Concept (PoCs) using leading RPA tools and establish proof of technology Experience in writing SQL statements, DML statements (Insert / Delete / Update), and performance tuning, stored procedures / packages exposure AA - Solution Architect Have in-depth development experience on "AA v11" and ?A360? and have broad knowledge of all RPA tool capabilities Technical experience in AA ? Control Room Operations, Commands & Actions, Exception Handling, Excel, Mainframe, Web, PDF, Email etc., Experience in providing end-to-end solution integrating NLP/OCR/AI w/ RPA framework Proven technical experience in AA (and/or one of following technologies Power Platform / UiPath / Win Automation / ProcessBot / Work Fusion / Blue Prism etc.,) Hands on development experience in any of the programming languages/platforms .NET / VB / VC++ / C++/J2EE. Experience in Microsoft stack is highly preferred. Proficient in handling the multiple complex RPA development concepts, latest RPA tools and technologies, and designing techniques Understands different RPA tool capability to solve problems during development & deployment. Possesses good knowledge solution environments ? Cloud, Web, client/server and mainframe application automation Perform capacity management for BOT requirements ? managing the volumes and BOT scaling Experience in troubleshooting, RPA development processes and ability to understand and implement holistic solution for client requirements. Proven technical experience in an IT programming development environment, ideally in UiPath (and/or one of following technologies Win Automation / Processbot / Automation Anywhere / Work Fusion) Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration Define and own RPA solution strategy and communicate it effectively to Senior IT leadership across the stakeholders Create architecture blueprints and solution design artifacts in technology for process assessment Identify areas for Proof of Concept (PoCs) using leading RPA tools and establish Point of View (POV) Define Run Book and standard operating procedures and engineering guidelines are in place Experience in writing SQL statements, DML statements (Insert / Delete / Update), and performance tuning & fixing, stored procedures / packages exposure, views and database / table design
