Sr. Civil Engineer-Immedite

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer with 10 to 12 years of experience to oversee and manage on-site field operations for an ongoing projects in Mumbai. The role involves supervision, site management, quality assurance, and coordination to ensure successful and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Management

• Oversee day-to-day activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is executed as per project plans, drawings, and specifications.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with contractors, workers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and address on-site challenges promptly.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Conduct quality checks for materials and construction work.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and government regulations.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and submit to the project manager.
• Maintain project records, including material logs, work completion, and site issues.

Material Management

• Monitor usage and requisition of materials as required.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for material delivery.

Technical Assistance

• Provide technical guidance to the workforce.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and execution-related issues.

Key Requirements

1. Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience in field/site-based projects.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or similar projects is preferred.

Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, site survey tools, and project management software (MS Project/Primavera is a plus).
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and project specifications.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership skills to manage workforce and contractors on-site.

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work full-time on the field at Rishikesh.
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols.

Work Conditions

• Location: Field-based at the project site in Rishikesh.
• Working Hours: 6 days a week, full-day field shifts.
• Duration: 1 year (contractual), extendable based on project requirements.
