Skills and Competencies Minimum 6 years of hands-on SAP S/4 Financial application experience. Expertise in SAP S/4 Hana RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting), SD, and AR modules. Should have understanding and experience on SAP SD and its integration+RAR Strong understanding of IFRS 15 and ASC 606 concepts. Experience with RAR data conversions, month-end processes, and BRF+ configuration management. In-depth knowledge of order-to-cash business processes and cross-functional integration. Experience supporting global implementations (AMER, EMEA, APAC). SAP integration experience (inbound/outbound) with SFDC. ABAP and debugging skills preferred. Excellent technical writing, documentation, and training skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Education Bachelor?s degree required. Responsibilities Role Support end-users and projects for SAP S/4 Hana Finance applications, resolving issues and driving enhancements. Support SAP Finance functions, including troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements. Facilitate implementation and support of SAP S/4 Hana RAR, SD, and AR modules. Analyze complex business process requirements and provide system solutions. Conduct workshops to collect and map business requirements. Design, customize, configure, and test RAR modules; identify gaps and solutions. Liaise with business users to troubleshoot and resolve software issues. Document functional designs, test cases, and results. Propose business process and system enhancements. Train, coach, and mentor SAP Super Users and business process leads. Scope and estimate business requirements for reports and application extensions. Perform hands-on configuration in SAP RAR module. Resolve service request tickets per agreed SLAs. Support deployment and post-production of applications. Participate in system and application upgrades and enhancements. Provide guidance to junior staff on user issues and project requests.
