Sr. Business Analyst (Web, Mobile & Game App Development)

About The Opportunity A fast-growing digital product & engineering studio focused on Web, Mobile and Game App development. We build consumer-grade apps, multiplayer and casual games, and B2B digital platforms that scale for global audiences. We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst to own requirement definition, product discovery, and delivery coordination for web, mobile and game projects in a cross-functional engineering environment (on-site role across India). Role & Responsibilities Elicit, document, and prioritise functional and non-functional requirements across web, mobile and game-app initiatives; translate stakeholder goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Create and maintain interactive wireframes, flows and prototypes using Figma or equivalent to align design and engineering teams during discovery and sprint planning. Define API contracts and data models; author Postman collections and collaborate with backend teams to validate integrations and performance expectations. Drive Agile ceremonies?backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews?and act as a product proxy to unblock engineering and QA during delivery. Plan and execute UAT, bug triage and release readiness checks; coordinate app store submissions and platform-specific compliance activities. Use SQL and product analytics to measure feature impact, identify user pain points, and recommend data-driven roadmap adjustments. Strong stakeholder management, UAT and release coordination experience across distributed product teams. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Design, or related field preferred.
