Job Description
A commercial leader role within the Healthcare and Education Technology (EdTech) sectors, focused on selling integrated learning and clinical solutions to hospitals, clinics, schools, and educational institutions across India. The position requires on-site engagement with enterprise buyers to drive adoption of digital learning platforms and clinical/operational solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
- Own the full B2B sales cycle for assigned territory in India: prospect, qualify, present solutions, negotiate, and close enterprise deals.
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline; forecast sales and consistently hit or exceed quarterly revenue targets and quotas.
- Engage senior stakeholders (hospital administrators, procurement leads, school principals, academic heads) and convert pilots into scalable contracts.
- Lead proposal and RFP responses, structure commercial terms, and close contracts while protecting margins and long-term value.
- Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to design pilots, tailor solutions, and ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, report market intelligence, and mentor or coordinate with field sales representatives where applicable.
