Executive shall perform day-to-day Warehouse activity including receipt, issuance, material handling and updating the transaction in Computer System.

Job Description

Inventory Management -

Responsible to performing the Stores activity for Digha.

Handling of Receipt, Physical verification activity, Issuance for the API, Excipient, Packing Material, Lab Chemicals, Consumable, Glassware, Columns.

Updating the Goods receipt entry and Issuance in ERP application (SAP and COUPA).

Generate the ERP report and MIS.

Operational -

Timely Closer of GRN.

Confirm the material handed over to concern Users only.

Handling of Change Controls, CAPA, incidents, and other action items.

Coordinate to Stakeholders for respective activity closer.

Support to R&D activity for the handling of material.

Support to cross-functional team as and when required.

Compliance -

Updates the delivery of materials to Stakeholders.

Handover the Invoice to Finance for further activity.

To create a Safe working environment during the handling of Material. Completion of Compliance wire Training within stipulated timeline.
