Job Level: Sr. Associate

Year of Experience: 4 Yrs – 8 Yrs

Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech

Must Skills: Salesforce, Lightning, FSC

Required

Salesforce Platform Proficiency
Candidate should have exposure to FSC Data model and experience in FSC projects.
Strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Lightning components, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including its data models, configurations, and functionality.
Ability to design and implement solutions leveraging Financial Services Cloud capabilities to meet business requirements.
Financial Services Cloud Expertise
Deep understanding of Financial Services Cloud components and their application within the industry.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Financial Services Cloud to optimize business processes and enhance user experience.
Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Ability to develop and optimize Apex code for custom server-side logic, with a focus on asynchronous processing and platform events.
Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) to customize user interfaces and extend Salesforce standard functionality.
Solution Design and Architecture
Proficiency in analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and mapping them to Salesforce FSC capabilities.
Familiarity with agile methodology and experience in working on cross-functional team collaboration for iterative development.

Nice To Have

Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) Expertise
Familiarity with Vlocity's core modules, including OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures).
Understanding of Vlocity's Industry-Specific Data Models and their application within Financial Services.
Basic knowledge of JSON and how integration works with Vlocity.

Additional Skills

Able to translate customer requirements and gap/fit analysis into comprehensible functional configuration of Salesforce.com.
Experience with JavaScript / jQuery.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong RDBMS knowledge and building SQL queries.
Must be able to think independently and creatively.
Attitude for taking on technical challenges.
Awareness of the changing Cloud ecosystem (Sales, Service, Community clouds) and adjust to new technologies, methods, and apps.

What You Must Have-

Bachelor's Degree
4 years of experience-
Oral and written proficiency in English
