Job Description

Job Summary This role could be based in India and Malaysia. Business Work as production supports and primarily responsible and accountable for the stability of the production systems supported Ensure application compliance to policies, standards, process, and procedures within the bank Lead and manage obsolesces, vulnerabilities, CVE, ICS, ICV, IVS, risks, audits for the applications supported Manage stakeholders from senior management, business, operation, country technology, finance, credit, risk, client care, GIA, auditors and regulators. Participates in the Incident and Problem Management processes as a resolver accountable for root cause analysis, resolution and reporting. Review the overall design of the projects / enhancements ensuring stability of the application in production is not compromised. Work with relevant Architecture, Support & Project teams to propose solutions with approved technical architecture, connectivity and security which are consistent with the Bank?s standards and policies. To ensure documentation, guidelines and procedures are in place and enforced for quality in operational processes. 24X7 stand-by support based on roster for production technical issues and critical incidents. Processes Implementation of new operational procedures and regular review and improvement of the existing procedures to align with Technology Standards & Guidelines People & Talent Build rapport with stakeholders for a smooth support. Risk Management Involve in audits, regulatory meeting and other risk related activities from support perspective. Able to prioritise and do self-initiatives. Governance Able to work with minimal supervision Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group?s Values and Code of Conduct.
