Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, Perungudi for a Senior Art Director. The Senior Art Director will lead creative projects, providing art direction for all work done by the Agency. Responsibilities include overseeing graphic design, developing visual concepts, refining creative strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves mentoring team members, ensuring design consistency, and driving innovation in creative outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction to lead projects and craft compelling visuals.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to design innovative, visually engaging content.
• Experience in Branding, with a focus on creating cohesive brand identities and storytelling.
• Excellent project management, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to inspire and mentor creative teams to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent software.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field, with professional experience in a similar role.
• Experience in agency environments is a must.
